At the Putnam House in Bethel, owner Danny Mottola will be offering a non-alcoholic MonaVie champagne cocktail on New Year’s Eve. Made with a splash of pricey MonaVie, which contains fruit juices, including that of the Brazilian berry acai, and nonalcoholic champagne, the drink is garnished with an orange slice on a sugared glass rim.
